When backwater valve failed Doctor Rooter was there to resolve the problem. 24 hours service works like a champ. They came to my house within hours to help me in that tough time. Great and very friendly technicians were on the top of their game. Highly trained and experienced stuff, did what they had to do in very short period of time without loss of quality. Doctor Rooter did a basement waterproofing repair to my house. I have an old house ( 80 years approximately) due to the houses age as the people from Doctor Rooter were performing the repairs they came across smaller problems and were able to fix them at no extra cost. But it looks like these guys perfectly know what they're doing and i didn't have any headaches with them. They performed a clean and professional job. I really enjoy their service, especially when it comes to heavy and dirty work. Doctor Rooter is the best!

My husband and I wanted to renovate our bathroom on 2nd floor. We had been looking for a reliable people who care about their clients and do their job honestly. Our friend recommended Doctor Rooter who did their bathroom years ago, and they had been very happy and never had any problems. We wanted to have a modern look with all essence of coziness of family nest. So we decided to call them and arrange a visit to our house. We were treated well in very professional and customer-oriented manner; he definitely knew what he was doing! Pricing was great too, and we were happy that we found what we were looking for. I remember when they called us to let us know that the job was finished, we just were on the way home from work. Our bathroom was fully revolutionized, remodeled, like you see on the television. As a new homeowner I called Doctor Rooter because I was concerned about the condition and effectiveness of my sump pump. Alex drove to my house on a Saturday afternoon, which was extremely convenient for me.
When he arrived he offered to wear protective booties over his work shoes, which was very considerate but unnecessary as the path to my sump pump is just a few steps inside the door. Once inside he diagnosed the situation, took time to explain what was happening with the pump, and installed new sump pump.
I was extremely impressed with his written summary of the service visit and the pre-printed materials he provided. Above all else he treated everything inside and outside of my home with extreme care as if it was his own. The quality of service was top notch. I would recommend Doctor Rooter to anyone who needs this type of service.

Service was amazing! I was very happy with the work they did. I had some no so good experiences in the past with trades businesses overall but these guys exceeded all expectations. The project (they did jacuzzi installation) was completed within the promised time frame and what amazed me the most, how considerate they were to my household. I'm so used to seeing mess every time you have a plumber over, not these guys!

I live in old house and had a trouble with water pressure,it was bad on the main floor and even worse upstairs. My neighbor had the same problem,so she recommended me Doctor Rooter,cause recently they made great service for her.
I gave a call and in a short time he was here,after assessment on a problem, he told me how long it would take and how much it would cost. And everything was fixed as promised on time and the pricing is really fair!

We had a bad toilet function for many years. We were used to draining it with chemicals or using tools that were handy. This time we had it clogged badly, we called a plumber and he drained it but the clog came back again. When we found Doctor Rooter on kijiji.ca and called them. They were nice on the phone and asked right questions to help us resolve it first. When we agreed that we need their help, a service man showed up almost in next two hours. He was courteous and professional, he started work with inspecting chute, draining it, and then used a camera snake to find out the cause. It was impressive. At the end, he found a plastic piece that was stuck there and successfully removed it. After many years of struggling from constant challenges, now we are free of hassle. Thanks you, Doctor Rooter.
