I found Jason through the Better Business Bureau. His last name sounded familiar and sure enough, his grandparents were neighbours and friends of my parents. I was happy to have a connection and was also very pleased with Jason's ability to communicate by e-mail and also provide two references I requested. I also asked him to add to his invoice his opinion about the longevity of the adjoining sloped roof and he did. This will come in handy to show any future property buyers.
