Kovar did an excellent job replacing our soffit, facia, and downspouts. Service was fast and very responsive. The work looks great, very professional and they did exactly what they said they would. Work was completed on time and service was transparent. Jason even took a phone call on his birthday to help me bump up the dates because we had a squirrel problem. Thank for all the hard work and flexibility!

Choosing the right contractors is difficult. We have used many and this was the first time with Kovar. Jason and the team were very honest about what was needed and what WASN"T- also how to keep costs down. I don't think I can recall a service that was this easy to phone, email, or keep in contact with... let alone a big contracting company. Our job was not huge, but they still treated us like a priority and made sure all questions were answered. Kyle the installer and sales rep is EXTREMELY knowledgeable, friendly and honest. A real pleasure and took a lot of care with our skylight install. He even went back to the store to make SURE our replacement shingles matched even though they were discontinued. I will definitely be using their services again.

Kovar Contracting Inc. provided blown-in fiberglass insulation installation and services, bring our attic up to R60. In addition, they installed bathroom fan attic ventilation pipes and roof vents. They were thorough, on schedule, kept us well informed, guarantee their work, and their team were courteous, professional, responsive and helpful. From our perspective, value for money! We definitely recommend them.

Kovar was a fantastic company to deal with. We hired them to relocate and replace a bathroom vent fan and they were the best home repair company i've ever dealt with. There contractors were professional and the work was done to a high standard. Very happy overall!

We recently had siding replaced and ice-guards installed on the roof of our residence. Kovar had previously replaced the roof at my grand-daughter's house, and the siding, soffit, fascia and eaves at my daughter's house so we were confident in choosing Kovar Contracting to complete our project. From the beginning, we received excellent advice on everything from colour and material selection, to scheduling, and then on-site preparations. The Alex and Kevin team showed up on time every day, kept a clean job site and were detail oriented and professional with their work.
