I hired Kovar to replace the soffit, fascia and eavestroughs on our house. The old soffits were blocked and needed opening up to allow for more ventilation in the attic. They did a great job of removing the old soffit and cutting away the plywood blocking the soffits and installing new. They did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. Alex and his crew did a great job at a good price. I highly recommend them!

We needed new eavestroughs and Jason's crew aced it again. They arrived on time in the morning, quickly removed the old gutters, cleaned up all the debris and then installed shiny new ones, complete with covers.
It all took less than a day.

Kovar was easy to communicate with and quickly got the job done, replacing eavestroughs that were damaged by last year's tornado. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to a friend! (2024-1166)

We had our attic insulation upgraded to modern standards with Kovar. They provided a competitive and detailed quote, then came at the arranged time to complete the upgrade. After the attic insulation was installed, they cleaned up beautifully behind themselves. Every stage was very professional, I did not feel pressured and it was possible to schedule everything and pay online. The initial estimate also matched the final invoice which is always nice to see - no last minute hidden charges. Our job, #2023-1708, was a success!

The 40+ year old windows at Brooke Valley School were in bad shape & needed replacement before any further damage to structure due to rot/moisture.

Kovar Contracting handled procurement of new windows, removal of old and installation of new. They made several site visits beforehand to be certain of the job/windows to be ordered.

They executed the demo & installation over just a few days, helping us to coordinate the work with our siding replacement that followed the window install.

The windows look great and are great! We could not be happier!

We wanted to have our basement finished to be a family room and also have a full bathroom installed. Ben and Adam did an amazing job. They brought out designs to life and finished everything to perfection. The space we were finishing had some structural quirks and they found innovative solutions to them all ensuring that the finished space looked beautiful. We mostly dealt with Ben who went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the job, but the whole team was super friendly, courteous and a joy to work with. We are so happy with the finished space and hope to work with Ben and the Kovars team again!
