Weather Pro Windows And Doors

WEATHER PRO Windows & Doors replaced 8 windows in our home. After 5 quotes we chose the one given by Andrew. Robert came for installation without a helper, who had booked off sick. He worked 2 very long days, much outdoors in the bitter February cold. Andrew came to help lift the heavy picture window into place.

Robert is a very dedicated worker who did his best to get our windows installed as quickly as possible. The installation was done professionally and our home was properly cleaned up of installation debris.

We are very happy with the product we received, and the installation was done the way we expected it to be. We have no hesitation recommending WEATHER PRO Windows & Doors to anyone wanting a similar job done.

We had all the windows replaced in our four level split home. We are so pleased with the service, the product and how great our home looks. The previous windows made our home look dated, but with these new windows it gives our home a brand new refreshing appearance. The staff was wonderful to work with - they were effective and efficiant! Money well spent!

We replaced all our windows with the company in December 2013. It was the best experience with contractors starting from the sales all the way until the job has been completed. We've been informed all the time by the company representative about the process and progress. Installation was done professionally and in a timely manner. We had our windows replaced in our home. Our home is an older home and the wood fames were weathered. The cost was very reasonable for a great quality window. They estimator and the installers were efficient, profession and clean. We are very impressed with the experience and would use them again. Just want to say a BIG THANK YOU to Andrew, Toto and Tyler. We are very happy with the 4 windows we replaced. It has changed the appearance drastically, something that we should have done a while ago. I was quite apprehensive when my husband said someone from Weatherpro came by the house and I think we should get our windows fromthem. I said ok, have him come by and show me some samples of windows and the next day Andrew came by and after having asked question after question he had me convinced. We ordered the windows and it took approx. 4 weeks and we just had them installed by Toto and Tyler and they did a great job!! Thank you so much! We have referred some people to them and will do so in the future.

We just recently had 17 windows and 3 doors replaced by Weather Pro. Everybody who has dropped by to see them says they are beautiful. The installers did a great job and the salesman was very helpful and dropped by twice during installation with his pen in hand to see how things were going and if we were happy....Great Job!!!

Being a cautious consumer, I rarely respond affirmatively to telephone solicitation asking me for my business nor do I routinely deal with what I consider un-established companies. However, I recently threw caution to the wind and engaged the services of Weather Pro Windows & Doors Inc., a relative newcomer to the Edmonton window and door scene.

Now that new windows and doors have been successfully installed on the main floor of my home, I would give an enthusiastic “thumbs up” to this company.

Highlights of dealing with Weather Pro were as follows:

1.) About a week after having signed my contract, I had second thoughts on the style of my windows. It was with some degree of anxiety that I contacted the salesman Vito to explain my change of heart. Vito remained as pleasant, courteous and accommodating as he had been during our initial meeting. He assured me that my request for last minute changes would be accommodated.

2.) The installers, Igor and Serge, who arrived promptly on the agreed upon day, quickly and efficiently went to work. They treated both the inside and outside of my home with great respect. They laid drop sheets and ensured that work areas were kept neat and tidy at all times. Most importantly, the quality of their finished work was very professional.

Whether or not you ultimately decide to have your windows and doors installed by Weather Pro Windows & Doors Inc., I would encourage you to at least phone them for an estimate. I believe that I got great value for my money and I am certain you will to.

I've never written one of these before but these guys were great! Vito had a very straight forward and honest product presentation. He never tried to up sell extra window features like others did. And Vito was the only one who agreed to meet with me and my wife separately due to our conflicting work schedules. He provided us with reasonable quote for the work we needed. The team Weather Pro Windows came to replace our windows and doors were respectful and very tidy and completed their work within reasonable timelines that matched our busy schedules. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.

There was rotten wood, problems with the existing header, mold, and a very hot sunny day. The crew was professional, kept me in the loop, asked my opinion. Offered me option. Worked through coffee breaks and lunch trying to maintain a clean and safe jobsite. The job was well done. Very happy and would recommend to anyone (my neighbour on one side already had them do all their windows and now my other neighbour will be too)

I am very happy with the quality of our new Weather-Pro windows and doors, and am particularly pleased with the expert installation provided by Ron Trozzo and his crew. Professional from beginning to end. Years ago service was something you could expect, and in the past couple of decades good service is harder to find. Thank goodness we came across Weather Pro and their team. I have nothing but good words for these folks!
