David did an excellent job inspecting a home we are considering purchasing. He was very knowledgable and helpful in identifying potential issues with the home and providing information on how to remedy the issues.

He is very good at what he does and we could tell that he likes his job by his enthusiasm. He came well-equipped with tools to detect gas leaks, water damage, and taking photographs, etc. His report was provided to us the same day via email and detailed everything he went over with us in person.

He's a very nice person and we would hire him again in the future and would highly recommend him to others.
