Fairbairn Home And Building Inspection

My wife and I needed a home inspection for a townhouse in Port Moody that we ended up purchasing. David came highly recommended and was able to come out on short notice (1 day). He was both professional and very friendly. We enjoyed shadowing him for around 3 hours learning all the ins and outs of our new home. The inspection was quite thorough and afterwords he provided us with a great, easy to read report, along with recommendations for fixes/changes we should make.
