When David was doing the inspection, he is a very detail and patient guy. We are very satisfied his professional work. I will definitely recommend him to my friend. If we need to inspect another home, we will find him again.

David is the best home inspector we've ever had. He has skills and knowledge beyond what you would see in most home inspectors out there and he has all the necessary equipment to inspect fully and properly. You haven't had a true home inspection until you've had David inspect your home.

We had David notified on short notice for a home inspection and he was kind enough to do it for us. We saw his reviews on Homestars and tried him out and we are glad we did. We had used other home inspectors but they were not as good as David. David was very detailed and had pictures to go with his inspection. He showed us his findings after the inspection was done and down to even a front stone on the house was loose he even noticed. We were very impressed! He also gave us info on how things can be repaired and maintained with a list of people he knows and trusts to do repairs.
