Greg the owner was responsive and happily answered all our questions. I had called 5 other roof companies that either never called back or hadn't organized their business to handle volume and were too busy to help. Dealing with crucial roofing was a pleasant surprise. Solid experience and customer service.

Greg operates a very professional and honest business! We highly recommend Crucial Roof Services! This is the second time that Greg and his crew have come to our quick aid when we have had a problem. My husband is a senior and can no longer climb up on the roof but Greg takes photos so that you can see what has been repaired. In this day and age it is so wonderful to find a tradesperson that is honest and caring! Thank you once again Greg, to you and your Team! We can rest easy this winter knowing that you have inspected our roof, fixed the problem and pre-empted any future ones!

After reading great reviews online we decided to contact Crucial Roof Services to repair a leak in the roof. Greg and his team at Crucial were great. Their responsiveness from the beginning until after the competition was 100%. Also, I did not have to miss a day of work, the team got the job done and sent me before and after pictures. I was really impressed with the service and will definitely call on Greg for future jobs.

Greg at Crucial Roof was first recommended to us in 2010 when we needed a new roof in our rental property. We were very happy with the job Crucial did, so were my tenants as Greg personally kept my tenants informed of the work scheduled, as to disturb as little as possible.
Recently Crucial just replaced my own home roof as well. After we spotted a leak and water not draining through the gutter properly, we decided that it was time to replace our older roof. Just as the first time we used Crucial in 2010, Greg was very professional, prompt in answering emails/calls, patiently answered our questions, sent us the before and after pictures promptly so we were able to ask questions and address concerns. Greg was very thoughtful to invite and encourage my husband to go up the roof a few times to address any concern or question we might have, as well as to see the progress of the work being done. Needless to say, my husband was more than happy to go up the roof, this was a very nice gesture in Greg part to invite us to go and check the roof ourselves. The crew was fantastic and seemed to be happy enjoying the job they were doing, in my point of view this is a good sign. As for the price it is competitive, as both time that we have used Crucial services, we have gotten quotes from other two companies. Both times Crucial has done our roofs, the job was done as scheduled and the site was clean at all times After two new roofs done in our houses by Crucial, we have nothing but good things to say about Greg and his crew. I'm trying very hard to think of something negative to say but there is nothing, nothing I can think of! We truly trust Greg, and will recommend him anytime with not hesitation.

I had a broken concrete roof tile on a very old roof. After searching online and reading reviews I decided on Crucial Roof Services Ltd. I was pleased to receive a call within 24 hours of submitting an online request from Greg Krushel. I was even more impressed when he listened attentively to my problem, ensured me he would come by asap and check it out, then sent me a quote with photographs of the broken tile.

I was informed that the tiles on my roof are no longer made, however Greg had some of the same tiles, but in a different colour. He very creatively was able to switch around the tiles, so the mismatched one is on a discrete part of the roof. Needless to say it was so discrete that it took me sometime gazing at the roof to find it. Furthermore, while Greg was on the roof he kindly added some caulking to the furnace vent stack after noticing that it was missing and didn’t even charge. Again he sent before and after pictures of the replaced tile and vent stack.

I had emailed him a few times to ask questions and he never hesitated to reply back and answer my questions fully and honestly.

I want to thank Greg very much for dealing so quickly and professionally with such a small job. I know there are other companies out there that would not have bothered. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone, and would definitely use them again.

Pictures of the various items that needed attention helped educate us very much. Also appreciated the after pictures so we can see exactly what was done. After looking around at other roofing companies, and getting estimates from others, we went with Greg at Crucial. He was Quick to get the assessment done and let us know exactly what needed to be done and what was recommended, but not required at this time. Great emails back and forth with pictures and descriptions of the required job. His crew was polite, fast and on time! I always like to hear people talk while they work, especially when its obvious they enjoy their jobs. Was emailed the night they were done with "after" pictures and explanations as well. Crucial Roof Service was hired to roof a 17,000 Sqft commercial property. Greg and his crew has superb workmanship and are well versed and knowledgeable in the industry. Throughout the installation, they were consistently prepared for unfavourable weather and on point for logistics and safety. Greg was more than willing to give professional insight and advice and was able to foresee potential complications. Punctual, professional, and friendly, the Crucial Crew were a pleasure to work with.

I was referred to Crucial Roof Services by a family friend of ours. We noticed some water damage in various areas of our home and suspected an issue with the gutters or roof. Greg Krushel was at my house within a couple days of my call as he had promised. He spent considerable time examining our home, the roof & gutters as well as the water damage. I was thoroughly impressed with his friendly and professional demeanor. He spent considerable time reviewing the problems he observed and followed up with a lengthy email with photos of our roof and gutters (I forgot to mention he cleaned out the debris blocking our gutters). At the end, it was an issue with the front deck of our home and he charged me nothing for his diagnosis and time. I'm not writing this review because he didn't charge me anything, but rather because I want people who need good service to know about Greg Krushel of Crucial Roof Services.

one vent of my house get old and casued leaking, call Cruial Roofing to get them fixed. However, they took off all of my 4 vents and replaced them by tiles and didn't tell me vents are essential parts for roof. Later I found out removing vents from a house is againts the bulding code. As a result, the whole house feels much warmer in this summer. I am very not satisfied with this service experience.
