Doug came highly recommended to us from a family member and I wish we had called him sooner. We had earlier engaged another high profile "fireplace expert" who after $258 , left us not many options and two fireplaces that were still very hicuppy in operation. Within 30 minutes of Doug's arrival, he had us up and working with a few tweaks and everything explained clearly. His honesty and knowledge are refreshing and we will definitley not hesitate to call him back when we are ready to replace our units, and we will sing his praises from the rooftops. He is a professional and worth the wait.
