We recently had Mike do some updating and reno's on our 17 year old condo. We replaced the floors (they had carpet and laminate), repainted the whole condo (1200 sq Ft), replaced all the doors with some custom doors in the hall and bedroom, replaced all the baseboard and replaced the stair railings and newly carpeted the stairs. To say we are pleased is an understatement, he did an incredibly amazing job. Working with Mike is an absolute pleasure, he is punctual, easy to work with, respectful and most of all trustworthy - so much so that we went away for 3 weeks and gave him the key to the house without any worries. We came home to a brand new renovated condo. When we did the walk through with Mike, there wasn't really any issues that needed to be addressed. He and his team are a class act.
