With a growing family, we knew we needed to create a new bedroom. We wanted to convert our attic into our master bedroom, convert our existing master bedroom into a 4th bedroom plus a den, and change all of our bannisters. We hired Will Construct by Design after reading the excellent reviews on HomeStars. The moment we spoke to Scott and Laurie, we knew customer service was a priority. We felt very comfortable and knew they were going to put our interest and needs first before anything else.
We were impressed by the prompt visit to our home by Scott who evaluated our project and gave us a complete, detailed and very reasonable estimate. They expertly coordinated our payments and any add-ons throughout the project.
Both Laurie and Scott always got back to us very quickly. Whenever we had a concern, question or need a quick update, we never needed to wait for an answer. They are quick to respond with a genuine answer. They never once led us to believe anything, but instead told us the truth at all times.
Our onsite construction team-Oho, Jay, Henry and Jason were always most respectful, in great spirits, courteous and professional in their workmanship and execution of all the tasks needed to complete our project. They tidied up after each day and contained all the dust. Will Construct by Design expertly coordinated with the other trades that came to work and made sure that the materials were on site ready for the following day’s work. The whole team went above and beyond to assure great workmanship. They make an incredible team!
Scott and Laurie led the project team and ensured the project was done to our satisfaction and within our budget and on schedule. Everyone including our onsite team made sure we were happy along the way and kept us informed throughout the project. We are beyond happy with the completed job and would highly recommend Will Construct by Design for any future home projects.
