Andrew came to give a quote. Saw the blocked downspout and his man climbed the ladder and cleared it. Because I was going away for the winter he agreed to come back in the spring and examine the situation. He refused to accept payment for clearing the downspout. After several bad interactions with tradies, Andrew's attitude was a breath of fresh air.
