Unfortunately, during the holiday season my furnace broke down. A call to Brandelle, in the early morning, had them at my doorstep not much later to diagnose the problem. The technician tried his best to find a fix but, on a long term basis, my best option was a replacement (which I had known for years). My furnace was over 20 years old and poorly maintained. Brandelle quoted me for a new furnace with installation that fit well into my budget and was a good fit for my home. I gladly made the decision to go ahead with the new furnace as Brandelle made me feel confident and secure that this was the best solution.
