Mano Mendes removed the old shingles on the gable end of my house, covered the area with vinyl siding and covered the facia and soffits with aluminum. He and his helper did a good job in a very difficult situation. Since the house next door was only 3 feet away they had to erect scaffolding and use ladders on the scaffold to reach the peak.

We had tried all summer to get our flagstone sidewalk repaired. Two different people were supposed to come and do it and never showed up. When we found Manny he came right away and did a good job. When we saw on his truck that he also does fences we got him to repair fence posts that were leaning over and again he did a good job. Best of all he is very reliable and comes when he says he will!

Manny did an excellent job sistering my rafters and moving a plug outlet from behind my kitchen taps to a more suitable location. I'm very happy with the high quality results. Manny works fast and is very honest. I would hire him again.

I hired Manny to do a bunch of dissimilar projects. He was one of the only people advertising as handymen who could actually tackle all my projects. He built me a door over my basement stairs; replaced the wooden stairs on my porch; mended a burst pipe; parged a wall; poured a new concrete pad; cleaned my gutters and installed gutter guards. He did not need direction; charged a reasonable price; and worked very quickly. Everything was well done and looked good.

Manny also figured out how to get cement into my miniscule backyard. This has its access restricted both by a narrow lane and by a garage. So that all material and equipment had to be brought through an ordinary house door: a cement trucks was not an option. So he is resourceful too.

Clean up is impeccable. And he does not have to be reminded to replace important things, such as the down spout that had to be disconnected to give him access for parging.

It is my intention to keep hiring him to take care of my extensive honey-do list. I recommend him without reservation.

Manos did a fantastic job! Hard working, detailed and on time and budget. Would definitely recommend him and will use him for other jobs. This shed was somewhat complex but I was very happy with the installation.

Job was to be over the weekend and though the materials cost more than was initially anticipated for the initial quote, Manny was reasonable when we had to discuss new price, no fuss at all. Did a clean job with the shed installation, and the bonus was having his friendly dog with him, which my family fell in love with.
