We had our bathroom remodeled recently and are very very happy with the final results. Manny did not change his quoted price as many contractors do and in fact did more work than was even originally planned. He and his colleague showed up on time each day of the job and he only takes on 1 job at a time, so his hours are always the same and his work is focused. Manny was very flexible with any changes we wanted as the project went along and very willing to work with different materials. Him and his colleague are not smokers either, so they took very little breaks and did not make a mess of the house. We are so happy with his work that we have put other projects on hold until he has time again to come back.

Manos was true to his word. Showed up when he said he would and completed the job expertly within the time limit quoted. I had 5 other people quote this job. 3 never got back to me and two others said they would not be able to start until next spring. Manos started within days of offering me a quote that was better than the other two. My fence looks great! One word of thought to gardeners and nothing to do with Manos. You may want to complete this type of project in the fall because much of you garden will need to be cut back.

After starting the project, we uncovered unreparable issues and decided to review rebuild it from scratch.

After our contractor left our home in shambles and work incomplete, we hired Manny to help us out, fix some of our previous contractors' mistakes and finish up the work on our house. Manny installed a kitchen sink, corrected some minor plumbing issues, installed a range hood, did some tile work and also built a gate and did some other work for us outdoors. Manny was fantastic to work with and the quality of work was phenomenal. Will absolutely hire Manny again in the future and recommend him.

Our front porch was in terrible shape. The support beams had rotted, so that it was sagging and leaking water, which was creating water damage in our basement.

He presented us with the most cost effective plan and was willing to work with a tight schedule.

Manny worked amazingly quickly; he had two helpers, who helped him complete the strip out and rebuild. He sourced extra long support beams (24 feet), custom ordered the beam cover and installed a cedar ceiling. Throughout the process, he was very patient and handled communication between us and our neighbours (it was a shared job) with grace.

The result was transformative. Our place went from dumpy to classy in a week and we have received numerous complements.

Manny installed approx 110 ft of ornamental fencing along an existing cedar hedge. An extremely hard worker with great attention to detail. Works well with his team. Very fairly priced and he shows a lot of integrity and pride in his work. I would not hesitate to hire him again. A nice, decent, reliable fellow.
