Robert and his associate were very professionial yet down to earth. The first thing that was impressive was that they were on time. It was a Sunday when they came by. Before i had a chance to ask them they laid down material on my hardwood floor and stairs to prevent any scratches or mess.
They did a great job and left my home feeling fresh and air quality cleaner. Robert also cleaned out the lint from our dryer that was deep down in the bottom of the lint tray that could have been very hazardous.
I will definitely recommend Twelve Points Air Duct Cleaning.
