Wow- I called Twelve Points 2 days ago.. Rupert just left today- Saturday- with all Ducts, Furnace, A/C, Dryers, balancing done. Most companies take the weekend off or book you weeks later.. and when they do come charge you for every little thing! But Twelve Points is old fashioned service- Rupert knows about customer service, and doing the job beyond what you would expect - he explains and shows you everything he is about to do so you are never left wondering if the job was done right. Our system was so dirty but now the heat blows out twice as much so heating/AC bills will be less!
Don't waste your time looking anywhere else for duct/furnace cleaners! Rupert will take care of you- We wouldn't trust anyone else.. Thanks again!
