Robert from twelvepointsair cleaned my air ducts on Friday Oct 18th, he was thorough and professional. I would use his services again and would recommend him to friends and family.

Robert and Brown are the Technicians that cleaned out or ducts. I was given an explanation of the procedure and was invited to watch the process. I was very impressed by how professional both these techs were especially with the consideration they showed for my newly done floors. They left my home as if they were never there. I was also impressed with the accommodating schedule that they provided. Both were willing to work with my schedule and offered me same day service. As a new homeowner when purchasing anything I look for a high level of service, customer care and value for the money I’m spending, twelve points exceeded my expectations and they will definitely exceed everyone else’s.

Robert and Roxanne visited our home over the weekend to clean our ducts and furnace. We have been using Robert for the past 5 years to clean our ducts, furnace and dryer vents. We lived in Ajax for a couple of years where it all started with Robert's excellent service. He was punctual, polite and did an extremely great job and we have been using him ever since. We now live in Scarborough and the first time he came to clean the ducts, he gave us a suggestion to buy a certain filter that we are extremely happy with and is saving us a lot of money in the long run. After each of his visits, he leaves the house with a pleasant smile, a firm handshake and a clean, fresh and dust free house. Splendid job - Well done!!! Punctual, good communication all throughout about what was being done and why and also helped coach me on how to change out my filters on the air cleaning system that is a separate unit I have hooked up to my furnace.
