I had a very difficult situation to deal with, which time constraints to adhere to. Todd was very professional and sympathetic under the circumstances. He attended in a timely manner which was great appreciated.

I had a real emergency when the toilet on the second floor started to leak and also damaged the ceiling of the living room in the first floor. The Puroclean team showed up at my house in less than 20 minutes and helped me to stop the flooding and dry the affected parts of the ceiling. After it was properly dried, the team repaired and painted the damaged parts of the ceiling in an absolutely professional way. With the work being completed, you cannot tell the difference between the repaired/repainted parts of the ceiling and the rest of the ceiling. Great work at a reasonable price! Thanks a lot guys!

PuroClean was very quick to respond to my emergency. I found the process from start to finish was very organized and worry free for me especially dealing with an insurance Claim. These guys work FAST! Found source of leaks, set up a drying system and had a drywall guy come in immediately once issue was resolved.
Everyone was very professional and more than happy to explain everything as well as check for other issues.

We called Puroclean to assess some water damage. Dino responded promptly and arrived on time the next day. He quickly determined that the water was starting to dry out and gave us advice on how to proceed. He answered our questions honestly. We will certainly call him first next time. We had received another opinion and it was very different and costly.
