Optima Windows and Doors

We are so pleased with the work everyone from Optima Home Improvements has done. Right from the beginning we were impressed with the quality this company has to offer. Gleb did an amazing job explaining all of the features of the windows and answering all of our questions. Artur and his crew did an fabulous job removing the old windows and installing the new ones. The work was very professional and looks amazing. Everything was cleaned up and the old windows taken away at the end of the day. Fantastic work all around!

Had optima to do 4 windows in front of our house they did an amazing job we have never had contractors who were so professional,efficient and friendly.

The work from get go with the meeting with Chris was a professional one. He provided good insights of what will work and it has made big difference on how the house looks after work. The work done by Arthur and his team was of high quality and the only thing I can say is it was done with respect for clients property and as if they were doing the work for their own home. The house was left very clean even the carpets were vaccumed properly.

We now have a very good looking, high quality windows!! The wife and the usually critical daughter are very happy with the installation.

The product and project was first explained by Gleb Diyachenko, who was very nice and answered all our questions. His professional service was excellent. The installation was lead by Arthur. He and his team made an excellent job too. They covered the floor and the house was clean after the job. Was great for us that it was finished in 1 day, less than we expected.

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Optima Windows from START TO FINISH!!! From dealing with the owner-sales person even to the installers, everyone was beyond Professional to deal with. Literally couldn't of asked for a better quality/amazing job these guys delivered and the windows were delivered and installed the same day as promised! So that being said I would personally like to thank Chris, Arthur, Alex, and Max for being an absolute pleasure to deal with because it's definitely hard to find people as devoted and Professional Like Optima these days.THANKS AGAIN!!!

Glen and Chris were helpful to choose the right window designs and color. The crew BenandIgor were efficient and left the house clean. We would definitely recommend Optima for anyone looking for good window company.
