We are extremely pleased with the new windows! From the sales process to to installation, we were very impressed with this company. Every step was completed exactly in the timeframe we were told. The installers were on time, professional and knowledgeable. They kept us informed throughout the day and left the house very tidy inside and out. We are very happy with our new windows.

Just completing completer window and door replacement. The whole process, from first consultation with Chris to installation the last couple of days. Chris has delivered as promised. We were slightly delayed with the bad weather but were kept well informed. Their installers are amazing! They go above and beyond to ensure proper installation. They work diligently, are very clean and their workmanship is very, very good. You hope for service this good when you make an investment such as this......well Optima delivers....start to finish! This was a major renovation that we were concerned would have our house turned upside down for a long time. So what a pleasant surprise we had when the team arrived and a full day was spent doing all windows in one day. We have a bit of follow-up work that is scheduled for a short visit today. The best part was how courteous and pleasant all the installers were... as well as respectful of our home, us and our dog. And not only was the work efficient... they were so incredibly clean and all work areas were left clean and just as they were upon arrival. We HIGHLY recommend Optima to anyone looking for excellent value and service!

We were a bit skeptical of the beginning because of the rave reviews I did my research and went online and I saw all positive feedback regarding outstanding service and workmanship provided by Optima. But of the day when the crew showed up I realize that it's all true. Chris took the time to walk her through the options and delivered what he promised. The guys came on time at the different solution they were concentrated on the job to be done not cruising around the house. They left the house very clean in all honesty we got more than we expected. Chris was stellar! He came in and did a wonderful presentation with demonstration of the windows. The actual installation was done by a team of extremely professional men, who were very courteous and efficient. The guys took approximately 6 hours to install our windows, and the clean up was immaculate. Aside from the fact that they look so fantastic, the windows are exactly as demonstrated, and there is an immediate difference in temperature on the inside. I highly recommend Optima for their excellent service. Thanks a million guys!
