Amy was exceptional to work with! I am a very detailed person with very specific requests; and Amy exceeded my expectations. Amy did the drapes in 4 of my bedrooms upstairs. Of the 4, I had 2 rooms with tricky window covering needs—the drapes had to be able to “clear” a blackout roller. It required some creative troubleshooting. Amy was precise and thorough. She even came to my house on the day of install to ensure that the installer mounted the drapes perfectly. The drapes were mounted w perfect precision and they look beautiful! Amy also went above and beyond to drop off the fabric sample books for us on 3 occasions to ensure that I had the proper colour matching. She was gracious, accommodating, technical and precise! I love our drapes! Thank you Amy!!
