We hired Michael to inspect the home we were purchasing, we are first time home buyers and didn't have any knowledge on what needs to be checked. Michael was very thorough on doing inspection, he explained all the things he was examining and the significance of each. He sent a detailed report at the end, we are very happy with his service and would definitely recommend him.

We are selling our home and wanted a pre-sale home inspection completed for prospective buyers as well as to identify any issues we needed to rectify. I contacted 4 Sight Inspections and they responded promptly. I booked an inspection for the next day and Michael arrived promptly at the reserved time. He completed the entire inspection with minimal intrusion as I was working from home. He was very professional and considerate throughout the process. When he was done, he took the time to review the main items on the report with me and has a portable terminal so I was able to pay on the spot. The best feature in my opinion is that the report was sent to me later the same day! I was able to send it out to some interested parties right away which was very helpful.
In short, 4 Sight is an excellent company that puts a priority on professional, fast service.

The crepier was detailed and done quickly which was appreciated under the circumstances detail like crack and how big etc would have made it perfect

Michael was friendly, courteous, punctual and very knowledgeable. Michael was able to identify significant concerns on a house we bought conditional on inspection and spotted issues that were not disclosed to us by the sellers.
