My garage door suddenly wouldn’t close. I called late afternoon and, after suggesting and ensuring that I was able to close it manually for the night, arranged to come out the next day. They fixed the problem, adjusted and better secured the sensors and lubricated the system. They also replaced the battery in the remote and re-programmed it as it hadn’t worked in years. I then mentioned I didn’t have a key for the manual lock/opener and they were able to install a new one. Everything was done quickly and efficiently and they took the time to go over how the system works and how to best maintain it. It’s obvious they know their business and take pride in their work.
