New Look did an amazing job. I am satisfied with the products and installation process. Everything went smoothly and the price is reasonable. Area was thoroughly cleaned after the installation. Alex, the sales manager, is very professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for new windows.

WE LOVE EDDY!! We desperately needed to replace the original windows on our two-storey 40-year-old house before the winter season. We talked to five different companies, but decided on New Look Windows & Doors because of Eddy, the company sales rep. Eddy patiently took us through all the options, with his expert knowledge and experience. We arrived at a very competitive price with a quality product. Because we trusted Eddy completely, we decided to replace every single window in the house, including the patio doors and the basement windows. We were impressed with Eddy throughout the entire process. He was very responsive to all of our questions, and came out to the house before, during and after installation to ensure we were satisfied. Oleg, the lead installer, and his crew were fabulous -- very professional and efficient. We thought the installation would take three days, but Oleg brought in a large crew and they completed the entire job in only one day. We are absolutely delighted with the results. We needed a new front door. The guys from new Look made a very simple, easy and painless process. They were up front about everything, didn't try to oversell us on things but did give us options. The whole process was easy and painless and they were always very professional and helpful.

They really friendly and professional. They came early in the morning. All the windows in my house is installed quickly. So we got the warm back in the house early in the afternoon. They also clean up before they left.

We had new front and side doors installed by New Look. I had multiple companies come and take a look and I immediately felt like they new what they were doing, could answer all my questions and get exactly what I was looking for in terms of style. We had 4 exterior doors and 11 windows replaced by New Look. We were very satisfied with the quality of the windows and doors. The work was completed in 2 days. The staff were pleasant and professional. The only suggestion that we would make to improve the experience is that a shop vac would have been helpful to clean up the construction debris
