Excellent service throughout the whole process. After I requested a quote from homestars Alex called me and setup a time to come over and give me an accurate quote.

The price he gave was a very good deal compared to some of the other providers that I had a quote from. Their products were the same quality, just cheaper priced.

The installers arrived exactly on time and were very professional. They covered the carpet on my stairs to keep it clean, and cleaned up all the sawdust and debris when they finished.

The door and window look great and seem to be installed well.

New Look did an excellent job in replacing all of exterior doors. Their price was right and their installers were both neat and very professional. The new steel doors look great.

Great company Alex was a great salesman knows what's up when it comes to Windows and doors . The installers were great they installed brick to brick 9 Windows and a extended front door in great time and were very professional . My dad who was home at the time and is a contractor said nothing but great things about the 2 . I would strongly recommend new look Windows and doors for they gave my house a great new look ... thanks Alex and the team from new look... !!!

THEY WERE ON TIME, VERY HARD WORKING STAFF... LEFT MY HOME VERY CLEAN AND TIDY. COVERED MY FURNITURE FROM THE DUST...THEY DID A GOOD JOB

Alex explained types and process in patient manner, with no pressure tactics, unusual for this business. Team was fast and thorough, with very limited "mess". Happy with price level and post install visit was professional. Plan more next yr so will be back
