When my wife and I purchased a hot tub from Master Spas, we dealt with Griff. We were thoroughly impressed with his knowledge and his honesty. I am convinced that he had our best interests at heart as he helped guide us carefully through the sales process. He spoke well of the competition, but helped us to understand the key differences between various tubs, with no sales pressure at all. He listened to our needs and helped us arrive at a decision that we are NOT regretting. I thought that would be the end of our relationship with Griff, but I have come to understand that a great Master Spa dealer does the majority of their work after the sale. Griff and his team have provided fantastic after sales service - they are quick to respond to all my questions when I call or email, they offer free and fast delivery of supplies and their prices are competitive. This is one HELL of a good Master Spa hot tub dealer!

These guys came out to help me start up my hot tub which I took over as the owner of a new house. They didn’t charge me which was very kind of them. They explained some basics of the hot tub and took a lot at the parts to make sure it’s in working order. I would definitely work with them again.

Alfred was extremely helpful in selecting the perfect hot tub for our cottage. He has also been great responding to questions and helping to ensure the chemical levels are perfect. It was a challenging installation due to the location but the delivery team was amazing.
