The guys at Master spas of Toronto made my hot tub shopping experience an enjoyable one. They are very knowledgeable about the hot tub industry and extremely knowledgeable about their product. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

I purchased my twilight hot tub at the end of October last year and had it up and running before Christmas. I look forward to coming home from work or a workout and soaking in the tub to unwind....Very therapeutic.

After surfing the web for swim spas, we contacted the Michael Phelps swim spa dealer that was closest to us. We dedied on the Michael Phelps brand because of the high ratings they received for performamce and quality. I go to the local pool regularly in the summer but find it hard to get there consistently during the winter so we looked as this as an option. We were very excited after seeing it in the store and test driving it. We purchased it in September and had it installed in late October, which was just in time for the winter which is what I wanted.

Our old hot tub kicked the bucket. Both pumps were done, jets started to fall out, and we'd dumped a lot of cash into fixing it... it was time to replace. We quickly learned that shopping for hot tubs is a lot like buying a car. Finding the right model and dealing with the right salesperson wasn't easy. After driving around the GTA from Hamilton to Milton to Toronto to Brampton, we decided to work with Griffin from Premium Wholesale on Dixie Road in Mississauga.
We were in the market for a demo or previous year's model in order to save money. Griffin was accommodating and really listened to our needs. He understood that we were tied to a budget and worked hard to make a deal with us. At no point did we feel pressured into a sale (unlike several other stores, Save-On-Spa being the worst culprit, who tried the "if you buy it right now, this is the best price, but I can't sell it to you later for the same price" strategy). Griffin knows his product and was friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgable about not only Master Spas but other comparable products as well. He took time to answer ALL our questions, and showed us the pumps, ozonator, and features found both outside and inside the shell of the tub.
When we decided on a spa in late January, Griffin was very flexible in finding a date to deliver. Even in a ridiculous amount of snow, and down an incline to our walk-out, Griffin made the entire process of delivery and set-up smooth. When he discovered a blown fuse in the tub, he immediately went back to the shop and had us fixed up and ready to run in no time.
We've been enjoying our spa for the last 2 weeks ~ there's nothing better on a cold winter's night than massage jets in a great new hot tub with the family. We feel confident that we will continue to have great after-service from Griffin and Premium Wholesale as our questions have been promptly answered via e-mail and the location and hours of the storefront are convenient.
We'd easily recommend this company to others and look forward to a great continued relationship.
