We recently purchased a home in the Burlington area. Our real-estate agent recommended Mike. He arrived early to the appointment, and conducted himself professionally throughout the process. Because this was a first time purchase for us, he took the time to explain what he saw and provided recommendations along the way. The diligence and thoroughness with which Mike completed the inspection provided us a great deal of confidence in the condition of the house we were purchasing. His advice was invaluable. We needed an inspector for a home we purchased in aurora. Not only did michael tita come all the way to aurora on short notice, he was early, so professional, extremely thorough, very kind and very patient( I asked lots of questions). We were recommended to him and I would highly recommend him to others and use him again!!

When I needed to get a home inspection done my real estate agent referred me to Lighthouse Inspections. They were pretty good to work with all-around. They were on time and detailed with the inspection. So, I basically have no complaints about them.

What can I say? Words are not enough to describe how professional and wonderful Mr.Michael is.
I called him at about 9 AM in the morning and requested him to do inspection on the same day as it was the seller's condition to do inspection within 24 hours.. He promised me to come at 4:00 PM on the same day which he did on time.. He was so professional and patient, responded to tons of questions as he was doing the inspection, addressed all our worries precisely and adequately... He also volunteered to give us extra advices on many things.. He differs from other inspectors in that he does not only tell you what's wrong in the house. He goes further and tells you what needs to be urgently fixed, what's major and what's not.
If we plan on buying another property, I will make sure I deal with this wonderful person again.. If you want to see what honesty, hard work and professionalism means, go with Mr.Michael and you'll see all that.

I’m a realtor and, for some time now, I’ve been recommending that my clients who need home inspections use Lighthouse Inspections. From what I know they always seem to do a good job and I’ve had no issues with them. And it’s been especially nice working with Michael Tita over the years. There’s no reason why I wouldn’t continue referring my clients to Lighthouse Inspections.

My realtor set me up with a home inspection from Lighthouse Inspections. I can’t really say if they did a good job, as I haven’t moved into the house yet. But if everything with the house turns out to be fine like the inspection guy said, then I would recommend them. The guy was on time and he gave me some details about the house such as a tree that needs to be relocated and a couple of other small things. Overall, I think they were good, but we’ll see.

My real estate agent referred me to Lighthouse Inspections for the home inspection I needed. They were pretty good overall, but the one complaint I have is that I wish they would have been more definitive with their observations. They were saying ‘maybe this and maybe that’ about the house, but nothing was for sure. Apart from this aspect, they were fine.
