Very thorough inspection of the building interior. Heater and furnace were tested along with checking the pipes, attic, and vents. Included a report with any problems along with helpful details to help keep the building maintained throughout the year. Would highly recommend.

Geoff did a fantastic job inspecting a home we were considering buying (and subsequently did). The report was very detailed and thorough, and Geoff spent time to answer all our follow up question in detail, and was extremely helpful. He spent considerable time at the house (inspection lasted about 4 hours) and found issues we didn't spot, and which were important for us to address prior to closing the sale. The roof was inspected by drone. Highly recommend engaging Geoff for your inspection.

Surprisingly, Geoff is very personable and positive, considering his job is to find problems! He performed a detailed inspection and provided a professional report the next day with good recommendations.
