After being told by many other companies that our air conditioner (and furnace) needed to be replaced rather than repaired, Dwayne resolved the problem quickly and effectively. I truly believe he has the customer best interest at heart. We are now cancelling our existing service contracts and will be using Cool Flame for all future repairs and services.

After returning from vacation we found our air conditioning in our home was not working on what turned out to be one of the hottest weeks of the summer. We called Dwayne and he came over right away. Dwayne with Cool Flame provided excellent pricing and service. There was no pressure to buy either appliance (which were purchased months apart). He was on time for both installs and completed each one within hours. He covered the halls and steps with a runner and cleaned up the area completely after he was finished. Dwayne provided maintenance tips for us and did not try to sell any type of regular maintenance but told us what to watch for and when we might want to have someone do a service check in the future. When we had questions after the install, he quickly provided answers by phone and email.

This company is amazing! We were in the middle of our kitchen Reno and removed a wall to between our kitchen and dining room to make it open concept. In the wall we found a duct that we needed to reroute to make our open concept dream come true. I called and Shannon the receptionist answered right away and listened to our concerns. She was very prompt and helpful and always answered the phone when I called regarding scheduling and quotes. Never got a machine which I loved. We had Jeremy come that same day for a quote. He was on time and very professional and helpful. Jeremy was always on time and had excellent professional and personal skills. I love this company. They exceeded my expectations.

I had this job done last August and forgot to post my review but still wanted to now as the service was excellent! Dwayne was able to fit my job in before a chilly weekend so we could enjoy our pool and the workmanship was top notch at a very reasonable rate. I would highly recommend them.

A couple of weeks ago, our furnace seemed to be having issues heating our house. As we have had Dwayne come in on short notice in the past (during the ice storm) and were extremely pleased with his service, it made sense to call him again for this new problem. Even though he was on holiday, he made sure to reply very quickly to my call and told me that Jeremy would be coming in to have a look at the furnace. Jeremy was extremely thorough and knowledgeable and he was able to supply us with a new circuit board for our furnace in a timely manner. He was very courteous and respectful while in our home. We were very satisfied with this Company. The price was comparable to other quotes that we got.
They literally rolled out the red carpet from the front door to the basement to keep our floors clean and dry. They were very careful not to damage trim, walls etc while bringing in and removing the water tank. The job site was left very neat and the installation process was done in a professional and efficient manner. Thanks Dwayne!

My furnace quit working the middle of the night and I called Cooflame (Dwayne) regarding the problem. He got on this issue very promptly and sent Jeremy to service the furnace. The problem was identified and fixed within an hour. This is the second time I have used this company and I have nothing but praise for their work. Very nice people doing great work.
