I emailed Cool Flame 630am re: furnace repair.635am the owner Dwayne emailed me back advising they could come the same day. Late morning to early afternoon between 11am and 1 pm. Chris the tech arrived around 1pm.I explained the problem with the furnace. Chris quickly diagnosed the problem and promptly fixed the furnace. Chris is an amazing, polite and knowledgeable technician.I would highly recommend Cold Flame for all your heating and HVAC needs. Thankyou Dwayne and Chris.

In the middle of a heat wave, our A/C conked out. My regular guy was on holidays for another week; I called the sub he left who could not give me a time when he could come over. Desperately we Google searched; saw nothing but great reviews about Cool Flame. Called them; next day a technician came over. Gave us two options: replace motor or new unit. We decided on a new unit; it was installed the next day. Three day turn around! Amazing service; great price; AND, the owner took my call while he was on holidays! Thank you Dwayne! Cool Flame is our new go-to service now.

Our a/c died on the hottest weekend of the year. Dwayne replied to me on a Sunday, and had his amazing tech Jeremy out to my house Monday morning. I have nothing but great things to say about this company and all involved - Ive used them for several jobs now and will continue to do so as the level of service is top notch!

They replaced a defective drain valve on my water heater with one that is much more robust. As always they were prompt, courteous, professional, and reasonably priced. We have used them for several repairs and projects and will continue doing so.

Dwayne and his team were the Hvac contractors for our Major home renovation. they were prompt, thorough and very professional. They went above and beyond the scope of what the reno called for. Their work is very neat and tidy, no sloppiness or corners cut.
Cool flame was originally called in to install gas piping and hook up a new Rangetop. The job quickly expanded to new bbq gas pipe, AC repair, cold air returns, new venting and a thermostat wiring repair. All done without any setbacks to the renovation timetable. I cannot recommend them enough

I called Dwayne because my AC unit stopped cooling, as the unit was over 17 years old, I wanted a replacement installed.
Knowing we were in a heat wave, Dwayne arranged to fit me in within two days!
The two installers were very professional and had us up and running in no time. They then made sure everything was cleaned up neat and tidy.
I would most definitely recommend this company.

Amazing, Dwayne is a super nice guy I had some anxiety since the previous company we had a bad experience with and Dwayne was so reassuring, the two guys he sent were so nice, knowledgeable and protected all my floors and he was way cheaper than other companies. I will definitely use this company in the future. I HIGHLY recommend.
