Tim was very professional and obviously very knowledgeable about his trade. He did a great job and we are extremely pleased with the results. We will definitely recommend Home-Pro to our friends.

We experienced a "perfect storm" last weekend with the loss both of our furnace and of power in part of the house. I spoke with Brian on the phone and he was extremely helpful in the advice he gave, including tips to possibly correct the electrical problem myself. He was careful to explain the premium cost of service on weekends and encouraged me to wait if possible, thus saving me a good deal of money. When Tim arrived the week after, he was prompt, courteous and extremely efficient. We had booked an full electrical inspection earlier, before the weekend emergency, and Time combined this with the repair of the circuit, thus saving me additional money. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this wonderful company - they fully deserve all the positive reviews.

Tim was very professional and helpful with all my electrical needs....and more. I would not hesitate to hire him or Home-Pro Electric again. He patiently answered my many 'household' questions and when he wasn't sure if something could be done, he attempted it, and succeeded! Thank you so much Tim! "I was disappointed" are 3 words you will never hear from me about my experience with Brian. I needed my main breaker replaced on a Friday evening, called and Brian gave me some options including emergency services cost vs holding out for a few days until Monday. He told me up front what the cost would be. Was it expensive - sure, but with the breakdown explained, I found it reasonable and acceptable. Brian was punctual, courteous and we chatted like old friends. Home-Pro Electric would be my first choice for any future electrical work.

I decided to go with Home-Pro Electric after researching online and seeing the great reviews of this company. Indeed their customer service was top-notch as there was great communication over the phone with Brian from the start. He gave me his honest opinion that holes would need to be cut in order to get the wiring done for the ceiling fan since there was no pre-existing lighting fixture in my finished living room. I knew that some damage was inevitable so I agreed to proceed and a service appointment was scheduled for me in a timely manner.

Tim arrived today on-time and began the assessment right away. He was very courteous and considerate. I could tell that he really wanted to keep the damage to my walls and ceiling to a minimum. With his years of experience and expertise, he soon came up with a plan that would work best for the situation. I was also provided with a quote before the work began. Throughout the project, Tim kept the line of communication open. In the end, the ceiling fan and the wall control were beautifully installed with minimal damage to the walls and ceiling. Tim even left me the carefully-cut pieces for easier patching/repair. The work area was cleaned up nicely as well.

Overall, my first-time experience with Home-Pro Electric had been a pleasant one. I'm extremely satisfied with the work performed in my home and I would definitely recommend their services to anyone. A big thanks to the team of Home-Pro Electric!

We have used Home Pro several times in the past and have always been satisfied, so when we had a small electrical fire they were the second call we made (first to the fire dept of course). Brian was very helpful and reassuring over the phone. Tim came out when things had settled and assessed the situation. He was very knowledgeable and found another issue that we had him repair. Price was fair for the work (and industry average from our experience). Most importantly, we now have piece of mind that it is done right and it is safe, which for us is priceless. We will continue to trust Home Pro electrical with all of our future electrical needs...

Being fairly new to Kitchener area I turned to yellow pages, liked the add and called Brian. Within few days Tim arrived, explained everything to me and did the job perfectly. I recently called another local company and right from the beginning on the phone my impression was bad. I should have gone with my gut and contacted home pro instead because I wasted an entire day waiting for another electrician that never showed up. Had a serious electrical problem New Years Eve. The serviceman fixed this in a timely and efficient manner. He was knowledgeable and respected our home. We received a seniors discount. We will call home pro definitely if we have any further electrical issues. Shirley
