Peter did an excellent job with the installs. He was able to come the next day and when the job couldn't be completed that day he came back within two days to complete it. He was responsive, on time, and efficient. The rate was reasonable for such a quality of work. I definitely recommend ICR.

I needed a couple of large ceiling lights/fans to be replaced with a newer model. Serg did an excellent job in a professional manner and even though it was a time intensive exercise , I was very happy with the price quoted and the end result. Serge and Konstantine completed the installation of 7 antique light fixtures with expertise and courtesy. Serge came by and gave us an estimate and then he and Konstantine arrived as scheduled and completed the task on time and within their estimate. We asked Serge to install 2 chandeliers in two rooms where the ceiling heights are 24ft. He first came to take a look and provide an estimate, and walked us through the steps he was going to take to install the lights. The day of installation he brought his father and they were both very professional. They had to use scaffolding which we were concerned about potentially damaging the hardwood floors, but Serge took extra care and ensured that the floors were covered. We are extremely happy with his level of service and would recommend him to anyone! We are having them back this weekend to install more lighting fixtures for us!

We had called many electricians who came highly recommended on Homestars. Their answers to our questions were vague and their phone estimates outlandish. Serge actually came to our house to figure out what was going on with our dimming lights and it was nowhere as serious as we had been led to believe. We knew as soon as he stepped into the house that he was trustworthy. He not only fixed some circuits but also updated us with safety features and installed new fixtures. Serge is honest, hardworking, respectful and has infinite patience for questions from lay people. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.
