I recently dealt with Reynaldo at My Floors for purchase and installation of hardwood floors. He was very professional, friendly, patiently answered all my questions and followed up with me after the installation. I would highly recommend him and My Floors.

I received quotes from 3 contractors to remove existing flooring and instal new vinyl for a store I am opening. I felt the most comfortable with Rinaldos professionalism ,knowledge and product selection and went with his company. The completed floor is excellent , was done exactly as promised and the store was left spotless after the instal. A friend also used Rinaldo to redo her home floors and was also extremely satisfied. I will use him again and strongly recommend him without any hesitation

Absolute joke - stay away from ronaldo. Sold me a glue down floor that was supposed to be a clic in. Then said I was supposed to do the research...they're supposed to be the experts

Absolutely horrific experience. 6 months after the product was installed all of the boards are separating and squeaking. No wood was left to replace any pieces and dealing with the office was a nightmare! Save yourself the disappointment!

Great variety of flooring products. Very competitive pricing. We were able to chose a quick installation date. Workers arrived on time and completed the job in a day as scheduled. Quality of work was excellent
