Air Doctors

The company that was contracted for the work was Air Doctors Inc. The work was arranged and completed by the principal owner of the company, Mr. Andre Kern. He made an initial visit to provide his assessment of what needed to be done, and within 24 hours he provided me with a formal contract proposal that included work to be done along with a very reasonable and fair price quotation.

Mr. Kern fulfilled all commitments of the contract. The work was completed as scheduled, across 2 days as promised, and provided all the necessary safety precautions. Professional air testing was undertaken at the conclusion of the work and these spaces were suitably quarantined until the test results were returned. The results indicated that the work was successful and appropriate certification of these results was provided to me for future reference.

Mr. Kern was most professional in all respects of this endeavour, and demonstrated a genuine willingness to accommodate our needs both before the work was begun and after the work was completed. He also promptly responded to any questions that I had. I highly recommended his services.

I called Andre and instantly was provided with peace of mind. He was clear, concise in his description of what was required for the removal of the two runs of duct in my 100yr old house. He arrived as discussed and I removed the runs of duct with no issues. He quoted me a price and that was the final price. Honestly, despite the horrible reputation the media has created around asbestos removal ( I do understand its bad stuff ) and the fear of god they have put in you with regards to the costs associated with removal...Andre made this one of the more pleasant dealings during my house renos. Andre is a stand up guy and a man of his word. He comes highly recommended ! A++

After an absestos abatement that went horribly wrong; we came home to find a house that was covered in white powder, exposed, unsealed and damaged drywall that was obviously a hack job. The house clearly was not safe to stay in until another professional had looked at it.
We contacted Air Doctors Inc. (on a Saturday) who actually returned the call on the same day. As safety was our biggest concern, Andre referred us to a professional testing company and stated that he would be happy to fix the remediation, but we should have the house professionally tested. We took his advice, Leap Management Inc were absolutely fabulous and, of course, we needed a second remediation and immediately called Air Doctors, who promptly resonded and were able to set up the appointment within days. Andre was a pleasure to work with, he was professional, addressed all of our concerns, and we must say, it was the first time in 2 weeks that we felt comfortable and relaxed in our home. We can't thank Air Doctors enough for the amazing fix they did on our home and would highly recommend them to anyone who requires their services. You are definitely in the hands of qualified professionals who care about you and their work.

AAndre called and arranged a visit and provided a quote and then returned at the arranged time to complete the work on time. Andre cleaned up and swept the floor and really improved the space. I was impressed with the workmanship.

Andre was a pleasure to work with. Very responsive, reliable and knowledgeable. Came by my home to look at some ducts that were wrapped with asbestos, scheduled a time that worked for both of us to complete the work and it was done! While he was completing the work he noticed another pipe that was wrapped with asbestos, called to let me know it was there (as we had just removed the drywall) and asked if I wanted that removed as well. He advised it was ok to leave if we wanted as it was in good shape and was going to be sealed up again but we decided to get rid of everything.

Air Doctors removed asbestos from our renovation project. They gave us a very reasonable quote, completed the project in the time estimated and very professionally.

We contracted Air Doctors to demo our washroom that contained asbestos. We were looking hard for a team to remove the hazardous material properly and Air Doctors came highly recommended. The team was fantastic and completed the demolition exceptionally well and ahead of schedule. They were conscientious and were extremely clean; the entire area was properly sealed off from the rest of our home. As well, Air Doctors answered all our questions and explained the process thoroughly. Andre commented that he strives to leave the house cleaner than he found it and he was certainly successful in this. The Air Doctors team was great to work with and they worked collaboratively with our GC as well who also had great things to say about them. We wouldn't hesitate contacting Air Doctors in the future or having these guys back in our home for future work.

Needed to have asbestos removed from ceiling tiles in my basement. Andre and his team arrived on time, did their work quietly, efficiently, and professionally. I am very pleased.
