Cinch bugs had taken over and killed our entire front lawn. Our lawn care company said it was because of lack of rain and didn't bother to have anyone come top view. Greg at Nikos Gardening came for an inspection and diagnosis. He was able to have his team complete the job in one day on very short notice. We would recommend Nikos and already have to friends of ours that have to the same issue.

Contacted Nikos's as they use Vandersod which is a great brand. The entire process form estimate to final installation was a genuine pleasure. A high degree of professionalism and ease of doing business. Initial contact with Natasha resulted in an online estimate, follow up visit from Greg for exact measurements and explanation of the process gave us the final quote. Once accepted a date was set for installation. Greg sprayed the lawn a week before to kill all weeds and prepare the lawn. The crew arrived on time and completed the work by mid afternoon, keeping me informed along the way. Can't say enough about the work that Niko's did, would highly recommend this firm. Neighbours are jealous haha.

A big “THANK YOU” to Greg and your team for doing such a fantastic job on the new sod in my back yard! Yesterday it was a mud pit and today it looks like a fairway on a golf course! I used Niko's Gardening to install new sods on my backyard last week, and I have to say this was probably the smoothest experience I have had in recent memory dealing with a contractor. Greg is a consummate professional - respectful, timely, knowledgeable and super responsive (never had to wait more than 5 minutes for him to respond to my emails). Overall, he is extremely pleasant to deal with. I decided to go with him in spite of the fact that his quote came slightly higher than the competition, and I don't regret that in the least. He personally took care of the project, and the work that he and Natalia did was pretty near perfect. This is one of Toronto's best run companies, hands down.

Needed Raccoon Protection on new sod installed by my home builder and the team from Niko came through on short notice. We are very satisfied with the service and quick turnaround time.

2017 - we tore up our old deck and sought contractors to prep soil and lay sod for aproximately 250 sqft. Greg responded with a reasonable, detailed quote, and responded to specific inquiries with respect to grading the soil.

Despite following watering instructions, and keeping wire netting down to prevent raccoons from turning up the edges, the grass never rooted properly in some sections.

We called Niko's again to follow up, and the team came back in 2018 to re-sod approximately 50 sqft. Extremely satisfied with the service recieved and interactions at all points.

Canopied with shade nothing but weeds for years. Opened up the trees , and Niko’s came to take a look. Didn’t think anyone could fix this disaster. They killed the weeds, removed stoney debris, tilled, regraded with 5 yards of top soil, rolled it before another 2 yards of triple, installed sod, and finally rolled it. I have followed the given watering instructions, and now have a beautiful lawn. All employees were pleasant, and professional. I would definitely recommend this company.
