Last Heat wave when I turned on my AC everything worked - except no cool air. I called AIM and they sent someone over same day to check my system and diagnose the problem. We discovered that my 10 year old AC unit needed an expensive repair and soon realized a replacement would be the best solution. Yikes! What kind of choices would be available in the current market? AIM managed to locate the unit I wanted - amazing! I received a phone call that there had been a cancellation in their schedule and it was available to me to be installed a couple of days - fantastic! We now enjoy cool air when it's hot outside. I highly recommend AIM.

My air conditioner gave up the ghost on the hottest day that we have had so far this season. I called Steve and he had many suggestions for me to try first, but alas, it needed to be replaced.
I got a quote from the company the very same day and had it installed within 5 days. They were very efficient and polite and got the job done in 3 hours.

My water heater reached its end of life, leaking from bottom everywhere on a Sunday eve... I called and was right away connected with live Steve who was so great, reappraising and we planned immediately for the switch for a new one on the Tuesday (could likely have been even Monday if I had been home) Steve was always super friendly, following on everything before and after the installation. TECH persons were on time and really wanted to help fix all of this, despite all the hurdles of having a big water tank go through narrow staircase to the basement. Minimal scratches but I can only imagine what unhelpful tech from other companies would have said (such as letting me down...) or done (such as damage everything). Price were market price and for such a quick service, that is great! No hesitation, good company! High standard owner.

As my house grew cold, 5 days ago, I realized that my 17 year old furnace was no longer working. I had used AIM before, with good results and so left a message for Steve. He phoned me back in a few minutes and did some problem solving by phone and photo. The prognosis did not seem good and he came out, the next day, to check on my heating system and explain the options in deciding whether to replace or repair. I was so relieved that his team was able to install a new furnace within 4 days. Throughout the process Steve was accessible and encouraging. He advised me as to the specific portable heaters to purchase, while waiting for the furnace, so as to not overload my electrical system. Thank you Steve for your skill and personal qualities.
