The service and advice we received from Mike Rapoport was superb. He was very professional, knowledgeable and easy to talk to.
He tells you things up front so there are no surprises. He listens to what you have in mind and then provides
his recommendation based in your vision.
We received a call from Alia much sooner than expected advising us that the door was ready to install.
Once we confirmed an installation date, everything proceeded accordingly. There were no cancellations or rescheduling which often occurs.
Our door was installed by Mike (a different person) who was also very professional and he did an amazing job.
There were never any problems. You can have a beautiful door but if it is not installed right it ruins the whole purpose.
He did a amazing job on the siding as well.
