Eaves-trough installation

The installer left a mess in our back yard and deck but that didn't worry me too much since the installation seemed to go well. In the months following several different people from Gold Standard called me looking for additional business at our home. They had no idea what our initial services were and it all seemed very disorganized. Since the weather has warmed up we noticed that the downspout of the eaves-trough was leaking and making a terrible dripping sound. This was the reason we needed to replace the eaves in the first place. It had rusted and would drip constantly. I called Gold Standard once and they said they would send someone out to fix it. No one ever came. Several weeks later they called me back again, had no clue what services they had provided in the first place and were asking if they could provide additional services. I told them about the problem with the dripping eaves and that no one had come to fix it and they said they would send someone again to see if they would be able fix it or if I would have to pay for the fix. No one showed up again. I would never, ever use their services again and would never recommend them to anyone. Their calls are just as bad as telemarketers and they never followed through on anything they promised. I would highly recommend that you do not use their services.

Thanks for the feedback, Candice. I would like to resolve this situation for you in a more satisfactory manner. Unfortunately, I do not have the situation you are speaking of documented in our files. Please reach out to us 18007490532. I am not quite sure when we promised to come out to fix the leaks as we cannot caulk anything when its below 6 degrees since the caulking simply won't stick. Perhaps thats where the miscommunication happened? This has been a very long winter, and we only started to get positive digits this week. Either way, please call me directly and I will look into the situation for you personally.
