AGM Renovations

I recently finished the basement and AGM did an excellent job from design, to customer service, to workmanship. All the trade people they sent are very friendly and helpful. The entire process from start to finish was very easy and comfortable. Definitely would recommend AGM to anyone.

Used this company for basement renovation. Overall good experience. The materials and work are excellent. The project manager has communication issues and project is delayed. Considering the COVID situation, it’s acceptable. The designer Victoria is great.

We were very happy with the finished product which was a master ensuite bathroom and closet. We were disappointed with the time frame however Covid probably didn't help. Communication as to when work was being done was an issue at times.

We started renos to our basement to build an inlaw suit for my mom. AGM completely gutted the basement and built it brand new. I can't believe it's the same basement! It's stunning! Barley feels like a basement! It's open and bright and so modern, we couldn't have asked for more! Our project manager Kayy was so easy to talk to and to get ahold of. She always made sure that what we wanted done or changed was completed. She came by often to check up on how the project was coming along. All of the workers were kind and worked hard and long hours. We couldn't have asked for a better team! Only problem was project was delayed about 3 weeks but with Covid and Christmas, it was understandable and honestly, it was worth the wait! We will be calling back for future projects!

Quick turnaround. Project Management were quick to assist with unforseen problems. Finishing was a little too rough for me. Going to wait a few months for floors/walls to settle before making a follow-up review.

Great experience with AGM renovations. They transformed my dingy basement into a lovely space. Cool design features make the space open and spacious. Quality workmanship. Project delivered close to schedule despite COVID.
