I bought a brand new Avant Garde fridge for $1300 . Fridge light came on upon delivery and within a few hours went off. Most unprofessional in resolving the issue. The man there won't give his name, is arguing that it is the manufacturer's fault and is trying to blame me for signing off upon delivery. Point is it worked upon delivery and went off soon thereafter. The problem was reported within 24 hours of delivery. Avant Garde sent out a technician who identified a problem with the control panel. Even after this Anik's is actually asking me to get a licensed electrician to certify that it is not a problem with the electrical in my apartment - something I have never heard of until now! I had to work directly with Avant Garde to resolve the issue.

Buyers beware, this store holds rejected products . I bought an LG washer and dryer combo unit for 2600$ & paid 250$ for installation . From first wash the dryer wouldnt work and Anik threw me to LG wolves who have been replacing part by part over weeks on trial and error to make the machine work but to no honest resolution .
One month down the road i still dont have a functioning washer and dryer and my first load is still in it . No help no resolution and only loads of back and forth and documentation . This company lacks empathy ethical values . I paid hardearned money and i regret using this company and LG .

They have good deals on the internet, and the delivery was prompt. However, six months into using it the drain stopped working. Since it was within the manufacture's warranty I thought I was covered. However, I had misplaced the receipt. When we asked Anik's if they could issue a duplicate, they said that it would cost $50 and that I would have to drive up to pick it up, since they would not mail it.
