At the beginning of March 2013, my wife and I discovered that we had raccoons in our chimney. We managed to scare them away for the night but unfortunately, the next morning they were back in the chimney. I called Sherwin, the owner of the company, who came to our house within two hours. He managed to evict them from the chimney and went onto the roof to make sure that everything was okay up there. Unfortunately, they had started to chew one of the vents to try to get in the attic. Sherwin suggested that we protect all vents with mesh as well as to block off the top of the chimney to prevent them from coming back. At the end of the day we decided to follow his advice and we are glad we did. We also trimmed all trees around the house in order to make it harder for them to climb onto the roof.
Sherwin was very helpful and was not pushy at all. He advised us of our options and left it up to us to choose what option was best for us. I would recommend him to anybody.
