Keith My Furnace Guy

Keith showed up perfectly before the scheduled appointment. We had just had a air conditioning unit installed and that was the main reason for having Keith come to service the furnace prior to the heating season. He had serviced our furnace before and recalled issues from the last time asked how they were and if we had questions. Keith asked me to fire up the furnace before he cleaned and serviced it to check it for proper functioning and noises. We believed it was in good shape for the upcoming winter but Keith informed us that we were heading for a minor disaster and a proactive repair will be necessary. So with Keith's help we will be comfy this winter! He is the best! You don't always want to hear that you need to spend more money but at least we can schedule the repair before it's an emergency.
