Our Dacor oven stopped working during a self clean cycle. I called JSN appliances based on the current homestars ratings. I can confirm that the ratings are very well deserved. Sam is technically solid, his diagnosis was spot on. He needed to order in the parts. He handled this very efficiently and made sure to keep me updated on progress. Sam was very committed to getting the issue resolved and even made a special trip out on a Sunday, which also happened to be his birthday, to install the parts.
Sam showed tremendous care in leaving everything clean. I highly recommend JSN.
