JSN Appliances came to my rescue to fix my broken washer, I was expecting to have to wait a long time for service but to my surprise I had a service man Sam, come to diagnose my washer problem within a couple of hours and had it working with new parts the next evening, Sam was very polite and came very late in the evening to make sure I had my washer up and running as soon as possible . Thanks !

I phoned JSN and Sam returned my call within a couple of hours. He arrived on time. Sam advised us of the cost of parts and labour to repair the washer, and we choose to replace it. We appreciated his prompt and courteous service, and that he didn't attempt to charge for unnecessary work. I intend to contact JSN first for any future appliance issues.

We called JSN and Ayman came within 2 hours and fixed our fridge. We sent him a picture of our fridge and the model #. Ayman came with part and installed the part right away. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and completed the work quickly. We would definitely recommend Ayman and JSN for appliance services.

We recently hired JSN to fix a drain problem in our washing machine. Sam was very punctual and polite. He in fact called me the day of our appointment to see if he could come early, which we were very happy with. He also came prepared with the part that he thought he may need so we did not have to wait additional time for a part to arrive. He was very professional and polite and straight up with his quote. We recently had Sam take a look at our Kenmore Dishwasher that had stopped working. He did a fantastic job, and the dishwasher works perfectly now. He brought all of the parts he thought he would need, was able to come out on a long weekend, cleaned up any mess that was created and even did a follow up call to make sure we were happy. Great Service, highly recommended.

I called Sam for my stove. He gave me an appointment same day. He showed up on time. He was so professional while checking the stove. Then he explained the problem to me and best way to solve it. Within 30 min, the job was done properly without any mess left behind. Thank you very much Sam for the great service.

Called in the morning. Washer making terrible sound. Sam came out at 9:45 same night. He was pleasant, was here when he said he would be, his price was reasonable. Unfortunately it was more expensive to repair than a new one so I am getting new. I appreciated Sam's honesty. Others would have repaired it and presented me with a huge bill. He is definitely a keeper!!! One thing I know, I will never buy a Whirlpool again. Machine was only 7 years old and I had 6 service calls.
