Quick response . Very knowledgeable. Quickly fixed a very noisy dryer. Definitely would call again for any appliances needing repair - have kept card onfile.

The service man was very efficient and informative. He arrived on time, worked hard and did a great job.

As always, an outstanding service, I was amazed that through the initial phone conversation, they were able to identify the possible issue and Sam brought with him the right part. I was given a time frame and they showed up right on time. For the last 8 years or so, I only call JSN whenever I have an appliance issue, they are the absolute best vendor in this category. Our washer stopped spinning and draining, Sam was able to come to our rescue the next day and fixed the issue (clogged drain) that night. He was running a bit late but made sure to check we were still okay with the appointment before arriving. This is the second time weve worked with JSN for appliance repair. Highly recommend!

Our dryer started squeeling. Did not hesitate to call in Sam again. I have never been disappointed with Sam's service. I wish he did commercial repairs so that I could hire him for my bakery.

Sam was great! We called this morning and he was able to stop by tonight and diagnose and fix the problem with our dryer. It was squealing like crazy and now it's nice and quiet. He found issues the last repair company left years ago as well. He explained what he was doing and even vacuumed the dryer out completely so it's starting out lint-free again.
