Called to explain that the key had broken in the lock and we were unable to open the door to the cabana. Dimitri answered and said he would be here within the hour. He arrived, removed the old lock and installed a new one. Very professional and personable. Would not hesitate to recommend their services and will most definitely call them again if the need arises. Not a problem. It was real pleasure working for you. You tried your best to solve the problem by yourself but some times is easier and faster to call a locksmith. There is almost always a reason when the key broke into the lock. Most of the times the locks has to be re-key in your case the lock wasn't install correct.
