I bought my furnace, humidifier, tankless water heater, and air conditioning here, never again. The steam from the venting outside from the tankless heater ruined the brick on my house, plus they didn't cap the pipes so chipmunks got in and filled it full of peanuts, giving me a lot of problems with the tankless. The only time they send someone over quick is if they know they will be getting more money from you. The warranties don't cover any labour, just the parts, but they want you to pay every year for maintenance calls or the warranty becomes void. I could go on, trust me, but I won't. Just know that this company is not interested in customer satisfaction, only in trying to squeeze more and more money out of your pocket. STAY AWAY!!
